Senior Manager, Employee Relations and Ethics

About the role

HealthX Partners (HXP) is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Employee Relations and Ethics across its global health NGOs and subsidiaries. This remote‑eligible position will oversee investigations, policy development, and risk‑mitigation initiatives to ensure a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR and safeguarding concerns reported through the whistleblower case management system across HXP and its subsidiaries.
• Investigate, resolve, or appropriately escalate complex workplace issues, documenting findings and corrective actions.
• Partner with internal and external experts on safeguarding, audit, ethics, compliance, or fraud investigations.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, subsidiary leadership, and country teams on employee‑relations matters and conflict‑of‑interest disclosures.
• Provide coaching, development, and training to business leaders to promote positive employee relations aligned with company values.
• Design, revise, and implement policies, procedures, programs, and training related to safeguarding and employee‑relations.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects that reduce risk and improve business outcomes, such as audit responses and performance‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in employee relations, investigations, and safeguarding within a multinational or NGO environment.
• Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws, donor requirements, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, provide strategic risk guidance, and drive policy implementation.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
