Senior Manager IT Applications & Asset Management

About the role

The Senior Manager IT Applications & Asset Management will lead the day‑to‑day support and continuous improvement of Bancassurance and Investment Banking applications, ensuring high availability, stability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for BAU support, incident/problem management, change control and vendor coordination.
• Plan, direct and review the Business Applications Support team, allocating activities and resolving service‑delivery issues.
• Drive system enhancements, automation, process improvements and user training across the portfolio.
• Lead technical delivery for projects and integrations affecting Bancassurance, Investment Banking, Custody and Wealth Management applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting and performance metrics.
• Develop team capability through coaching, training and performance management.
• Design and maintain business‑continuity, disaster‑recovery and monitoring procedures.
• Define testing methods for changes, upgrades and integrations, ensuring compliance with quality and security standards.
• Review software and vendor solutions for architecture, security, regulatory and operational‑risk compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related engineering field; Master’s degree in Management/IT is a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with payment platforms, Bancassurance, Investment and Wealth Banking applications and third‑party integrations.
• Strong understanding of financial, insurance and investment regulatory and audit requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, contracting and purchasing processes.
• Proven supervisory and training skills.
• Knowledge of quality‑assurance and security principles for complex payment systems.
• Effective communication, presentation and customer relationship abilities.

Required skills

• MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, ITIL, RedHat certifications.
• Linux/UNIX administration.
• Cloud management (Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Project management (PMP, Scrum, Agile).
• Database management.
• SOAP, RESTful and file‑based integrations.
