Senior Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a senior Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst to work on a fast‑moving healthcare technology initiative. The role is contract‑based and fully remote, ideal for an experienced consultant who can independently drive business analysis, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions in a regulated health environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement‑gathering workshops with operational, clinical and technical stakeholders.
• Analyse current workflows, identify optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and technical documentation.
• Support Health Cloud enhancement and integration projects, defining API and web‑service requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Create workflow diagrams, process maps, wireframes and data‑mapping artefacts.
• Coordinate Agile delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT and release readiness.
• Troubleshoot functional issues related to Salesforce configurations, workflows and integrations while ensuring compliance with healthcare data‑privacy standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of business analysis experience in Salesforce environments.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Background in healthcare, digital health, insurance or other regulated industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
