Showroom Manager – Africa

About the role

The Showroom Manager will oversee showroom operations across Africa, driving sales growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for KEDA Ceramics. This full‑time position requires a commercially minded leader with strong retail management experience, preferably in the ceramic tiles or sanitary ware sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead showroom sales and marketing activities to achieve and exceed targets.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns within approved budgets.
• Establish daily, weekly and monthly reporting systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supervise IT systems and maintain showroom equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment and ensure attractive product displays.
• Manage wholesale and project‑based orders, including delivery coordination.
• Optimize showroom layout, visual merchandising and overall presentation.
• Recruit, train and develop showroom staff, set KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
• Control operational expenses and drive profitability.
• Develop and manage online marketing initiatives on Douyin and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics and other internal departments.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in ceramic tiles or sanitary ware.
• Commercial mindset with ability to operate across multiple African markets.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Required skills

• Douyin (short‑video) platform management.
• Experience with other digital marketing platforms.
• IT systems supervision for showroom operations.
