Strategic Client Manager – Google Marketing & Cloud

About the role

As a Strategic Client Manager you will work with Google Cloud and Google Marketing Platform solutions, supporting a portfolio of key accounts across the DACH region. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction while driving commercial growth for TRKKN.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Proactively drive TRKKN's commercial growth and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions to client challenges.
• Conduct account analyses, business reviews and create strategic roadmaps to enhance digital maturity.
• Provide regular project updates and resolve any issues promptly.
• Work with external technology partners and stay current on industry trends.

Required profile

• Solid experience in account management within the tech or digital‑marketing industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and generating business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and self‑motivated.
• Fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level).
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region (up to 15%).
