Structural Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to lead and coordinate structural design for a variety of construction projects. The position is fully remote and involves close collaboration with architectural, mechanical, electrical and construction teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop civil/structural designs, models and calculations for new and existing structures, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and code requirements.
• Coordinate foundation, load‑bearing, seismic, and fire‑resistance design for buildings, steel halls, hangars, retaining walls, tanks and other structures.
• Prepare project scope documents, checklists, bills of materials and cost estimates, and support site assessments and refurbishment efforts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural elements into overall project designs and facilitate transition to operation and maintenance phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; professional engineering license preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in structural design engineering and project coordination on construction and refurbishment projects.
• Extensive knowledge of international and local design standards (BS, ACI, ASCE, AISC, EN, US codes, local building codes).
• Experience using STAAD or similar structural analysis software.
