About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This flexible, commission‑only role lets you leverage your HR and recruiting network to introduce Flowmingo to new hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the solution fits into existing hiring workflows and address user questions.
• Gather and relay feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of hiring stakeholders.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
