Talent Acquisition Coordinator – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

As a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Mars in Nairobi, you will ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience by managing interview scheduling, logistics, and documentation throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing information and support.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics for both virtual and on‑site assessments.
• Generate and maintain Talent Acquisition reports, extracting timely insights.
• Liaise with line managers to streamline screening, selection, and interview arrangements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Workday applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• University graduate, preferably with postgraduate HR studies.
• At least one year of administrative experience or a recent graduate with strong organizational abilities.
• Comfortable scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint competency.
• Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
