About the role

RemoteLegalStaff is a fast‑growing company that places and manages remote legal professionals for U.S. law firms. As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead the external recruiting team that sources legal talent across Latin America, the Philippines and South Africa, ensuring every candidate presented to a client meets the highest standards of fit and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed recruiting team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering continuous growth.
• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for legal roles, from intake and screening to profiling and handoff to client placement advisors.
• Participate in live interviews, audit screening decisions and intervene directly to maintain high assessment standards.
• Monitor and be accountable for the team’s close‑rate and assessment pass‑rate, diagnosing gaps between pipeline volume and successful placements.
• Design and implement staffing plans, KPIs and processes that balance speed with candidate quality.
• Identify and resolve the root causes of assessment failures, ensuring interviewers are accountable for candidate‑client fit.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a recruitment team in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and close quality gaps.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable sitting in on interviews and providing direct feedback.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align team members across time zones.
