Tax Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Tax Supervisor to lead our tax compliance and management activities. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end tax processes, ensuring adherence to regulations, and supporting strategic tax planning aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all tax activities, including declarations, invoice handling, tax burden control, and reconciliation of input and output transactions.
• Oversee tax compliance for retail operations, covering promotions, group buying, and store revenue accounting.
• Conduct tax risk assessments, self‑inspections, address tax warnings, liaise with authorities, and respond to audits.
• Implement tax policies, support planning initiatives, manage annual settlements, and lead special tax projects.
• Maintain accurate tax records, improve ledgers, and ensure proper voucher filing and archiving.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of comprehensive tax experience, preferably in retail or trading.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA(K) or ACCA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of tax declarations, invoicing, annual settlements, burden analysis, and risk management.
• Familiarity with electronic tax bureau systems and experience handling inspections and audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
