Teaching and Learning Lead

About the role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking a Teaching and Learning Lead to elevate instructional quality across its virtual campuses. You will work closely with Heads of Department, teachers, and senior leadership to create a culture of continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Observe virtual classrooms, review online assessments, and provide actionable feedback to teachers.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department to refine schemes of work and onboard new staff to the academy’s instructional model.
• Design and deliver professional‑development programmes that have lasting impact.
• Analyse learning analytics to identify students needing support or extension, and coordinate early interventions.
• Share best practices across campuses and contribute insights to senior leadership for strategic planning.

• Proven experience as an educator with a passion for helping colleagues improve.
• Strong belief that technology should enhance teaching, not replace it.
• Comfortable working with data while keeping student wellbeing at the forefront.
