Teaching Assistant

About the role

CAREERSYNC LTD is seeking a full‑time Teaching Assistant to join its London Central training centre. You will work closely with instructors to help learners engage with course material, progress through their programmes and achieve their learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist instructors with lesson preparation and classroom set‑up.
• Provide one‑on‑one and small‑group support to learners during sessions.
• Monitor learner progress and record attendance and performance data.
• Maintain an organised, inclusive and safe learning environment.
• Support administrative tasks such as updating learner records and communicating updates.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and a learner‑centred approach.
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in education, training or recruitment.
• Relevant qualifications in education or a related field are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic IT proficiency with office software and digital learning tools.
