About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a solutions‑driven professional to lead the adoption of artificial intelligence across its global operations. This role will work closely with operational teams to identify, test, and scale AI use cases that improve program delivery and impact.

Key responsibilities

Drive the uptake of AI across IRC’s global operations.
Collaborate directly with teams to identify high‑value AI use cases.
Test, pilot, and scale AI solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of AI tools to ensure tangible improvements.

Required profile

Solutions‑driven professional with a passion for humanitarian impact.
Experience working in cross‑functional or multi‑disciplinary teams.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
