About the role
PATH is seeking a Temporary Global Benefits & Market Review Specialist to lead a multi‑country assessment of statutory benefit requirements, market practices, and the alignment of Total Rewards programs across its operating locations. The role will combine research, analysis, and stakeholder communication to shape future global benefits strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Research and document country‑specific statutory requirements for retirement, leave, healthcare, bonuses and allowances.
- Validate PATH’s existing benefits and allowances against local laws and internal data.
- Gather and analyze market comparator information from NGOs and broader industry sources.
- Assess compliance risks, gaps, and opportunities for harmonisation across countries.
- Develop recommendations with cost and operational impact estimates.
- Prepare standardized country reports, comparison tables, and executive presentation materials.
- Participate in virtual review sessions with HR and leadership stakeholders.
Required profile
- Strong expertise in global statutory benefits and total rewards.
- Proven analytical ability to conduct comparative research and synthesize findings.
- Experience working in international nonprofit or NGO environments.
- Excellent written communication for reporting to senior leadership.
