Territory Sales Manager – Architectural Aluminum Systems

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of architectural aluminum systems across West and East Africa. Reporting to the Strategic Business Unit Director, you will combine commercial ownership of a customer portfolio with hands‑on technical project support, targeting both Francophone and Anglophone markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet regional revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with fabricators, distributors, architects, façade consultants, and developers.
• Identify new project opportunities and support fabricators in securing system specifications.
• Provide commercial and technical support throughout the full sales cycle.
• Coordinate product, manufacturing, and installation training with the training team.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
• Ensure accurate customer documentation, price lists, and technical manuals.
• Facilitate smooth order processing and efficient material supply logistics.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in sales within the construction or building‑envelope sector.
• Fluent in both French and English – mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse customer base across multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of regional construction dynamics and sustainable, low‑carbon aluminum solutions.
