About the role
Kenya Breweries Limited (KBL) is hiring a full-time Van Sales Man in Juja. The person will drive sales and distribute KBL products to retail outlets in Juja Town and its surrounding areas, covering routes efficiently and meeting the company's sales objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Sell and distribute KBL products to retail outlets
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Recruit and maintain customers
- Manage sales collections and stock accountability
- Collect and reconcile empty crates and bottles
- Submit daily sales reports
Required profile
- KCSE certificate
- At least 1-2 years' experience in FMCG or beverage sales
- Experience in route sales and customer management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Results-oriented and customer-focused
Required skills
- Good cash-handling skills
- Stock reconciliation
