Wealth Relationship Manager – Coast Region

About the role
The Wealth Relationship Manager will recruit and maintain a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients across the Coast Region, delivering relationship‑focused financial planning supported by an Account Executive. The role is mobile, meeting clients at times and locations convenient for them, and aims to grow assets, liabilities and revenue through proactive engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients in the assigned portfolio.
- Proactively target and recruit new wealth clients through referrals and outreach.
- Onboard close family members as part of the family banking strategy.
- Ensure new clients meet CLM measures and track performance from Day 31 to Day 90.
- Maintain and update a detailed Customer Discussion Document for each client.
- Drive cross‑sale of assets, liabilities, FX and other banking products.
- Monitor and grow funding of Zero Balance, Low Funded, Inactive and Overdrawn accounts.
- Coordinate with business specialists to fulfil client financial needs.
Required profile
- Experience in wealth or relationship management with a focus on client acquisition and retention.
- Proven ability to achieve cross‑sale targets across multiple product lines.
- Strong proactive communication skills and ability to meet clients at their convenience.
- Comfortable working independently on a mobile basis and travelling within the region.
- Ability to manage detailed client documentation and monitor performance metrics.
