Workplace Technology Specialist

About the role

As a Workplace Technology Specialist you will manage and optimise the company’s SaaS applications, collaboration tools and identity‑integrated services. You will ensure these systems remain secure, scalable and user‑friendly while supporting internal teams across productivity and access management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise workplace SaaS platforms such as O365, Atlassian, Azure and AWS, monitoring health, licences and user access.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring clean provisioning and de‑provisioning across all services.
• Assist with SSO integrations, SCIM provisioning and IAM workflows, enforcing least‑privilege access in partnership with security teams.
• Develop and maintain scripts or low‑code workflows (PowerShell, Python) to automate SaaS operations and lifecycle tasks.
• Respond to escalations, troubleshoot functionality and access issues, and proactively monitor service health.
• Participate in SaaS rollouts, integrations, tool rationalisation and support audits or vendor transitions.
• Provide insights on SaaS spend and sprawl using management platforms.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in workplace technology, SaaS engineering or enterprise IT administration.
• Hands‑on experience with O365, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom or equivalent collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM and OAuth and experience with SSO integrations.
• Strong scripting or workflow automation skills (PowerShell, Python).
• Ability to work across teams in a fast‑paced environment and deliver high‑quality support.
