About the role

The Youth Coordinator will work with young people in Bungoma and surrounding counties to create media content that drives positive social change. The role involves community mobilisation, storytelling and supporting field activities.

Key responsibilities

Mobilise and collaborate with young community members to produce digital and social media content.
Support community‑based activities and occasional field engagements related to youth empowerment and social issues.

Required profile

Young person living in or strongly linked to one of the 14 target counties.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with peers.

Required skills

Experience or interest in filmmaking, digital content creation, social media, journalism or related fields.
Comfortable using digital and social media platforms and willing to learn new tools.
