About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of SNIBE products across Kenya and the wider East African region. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building key relationships, and increasing brand visibility in the medical diagnostics market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and target new customer groups to achieve regional sales targets for SNIBE products.
- Conduct product training sessions and marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with KOLs to strengthen academic influence.
- Support and align distributors with company strategy and sales objectives.
- Accurately forecast sales and identify growth opportunities using sales tools and applications.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in medical, biomedical, human science or related fields.
- Minimum three years of sales experience, preferably in IVD or medical device sectors.
- Proven ability to access both public and private markets.
- Established network and resources in East African countries such as Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi.
