Customer Experience Associate – RH (Luxury Home Furnishings)

About the role

As a Customer Experience Associate for RH, you will deliver exceptional service to customers, creating a luxury experience that reflects the brand’s high‑end home furnishings reputation. You will act as a brand ambassador, assisting with inquiries, identifying needs, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and speed.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and guide them through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure follow‑up actions are completed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality.
• Uphold RH’s brand standards and luxury service ethos at all times.

Required profile

• C1 level English proficiency (advanced/fluent).
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in luxury retail or premium environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Availability to work onsite in Nairobi on the shift from 4:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Kenya time).
