Customer Service Executive (Westlands, Nairobi)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Process requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Communication or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a call‑center agent, customer care representative or administrator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.
