Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Assistant to support Superior Homes Kenya’s online presence and visual communications. The role combines content creation, social media management and graphic design to promote our real‑estate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create, design and schedule engaging content for social media, email campaigns, website and other digital channels while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Develop graphics such as posts, flyers, brochures, banners, presentations and advertisements.
• Edit and enhance photos, videos and other multimedia assets for marketing use.
• Manage social media accounts, respond to engagement and help grow the company’s digital audience.
• Support SEO, SEM and other digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and traffic.
• Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on campaigns, promotional activities and sales support materials.
• Maintain digital asset libraries, marketing databases and inventory records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Creative, organised, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Portfolio of creative work is an advantage.
