Field Sales Executive – Signage & Branding Solutions

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will drive business growth for our signage, branding and visual communication solutions across the industrial area of Westlands, Nairobi. You will identify new prospects, nurture client relationships and close sales to meet monthly and annual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking and market research.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and tender documents, negotiate pricing and payment terms.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with corporate clients, contractors, retailers and institutions.
• Provide after‑sales support, resolve customer concerns and identify repeat‑business opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, update forecasts and coordinate order processing with internal teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, share insights with design, production and installation teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in signage, branding or visual communication.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and proposal preparation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.

• Competitive salary of KSH 35,000 per month plus a KSH 5,000 housing allowance.
