Field Sales Marketer – Healthcare & Laboratory Equipment

About the role

The company is seeking two energetic Field Sales Marketers to promote laboratory and healthcare products across Kenya. You will work directly with hospitals, clinics, universities and research institutions to generate new business and maintain existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the healthcare, laboratory, pharmaceutical and research sectors.
• Conduct regular field visits to generate leads, present products, and close sales.
• Prepare and deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer needs and industry trends.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations and orders to ensure excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions and promotional events.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, healthcare marketing or related scientific product sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Customer‑focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
