About the role

As a Food Runner at Asyana Gardens you will play a vital part in ensuring guests receive their meals quickly and accurately. Working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment, you will support both the kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly to the correct tables or service points.
• Verify each order before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with line chefs, dispatch staff, and waitstaff.
• Maintain food presentation and handling standards during delivery.
• Assist with clearing and resetting service areas when required.
• Keep food collection and service areas clean and organized.
• Communicate any delays, missing items, or order discrepancies immediately.
• Observe food safety and hygiene requirements at all times.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Good personal hygiene and professional presentation.
• Organised approach during busy service periods.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
