Graduate People & Culture Internship

About the role

World Vision is seeking a motivated Graduate People & Culture Intern to support its Human Resources team in Nairobi. This 12‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in HR functions while contributing to the organization’s mission of serving vulnerable children and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding activities and maintain employee records.
• Help organize training sessions and staff development initiatives.
• Contribute to HR reporting, data entry, and basic analytics.
• Participate in safeguarding and child protection awareness activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to Christian values and a passion for serving vulnerable populations.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn HR software.
