About the role
M-Pesa Africa, the leading FinTech in Africa, is looking for a senior product leader to own its Merchant Solutions portfolio. The role will be based in Kenya and will shape a unified merchant proposition that can be rolled out across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the end‑to‑end product strategy for merchant tools, from point‑of‑sale tills to business apps and credit services.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Work directly with merchants, gather data, and collaborate with engineering and vendor partners to deliver reliable, data‑driven solutions.
Required profile
- Senior product management experience in FinTech or digital payments.
- Hands‑on approach with proven ability to conduct field research, analyze data, and translate insights into product features.
