About the role

We are seeking a History Research Scholar to work remotely as a contractor, creating and evaluating AI prompts that span ancient to modern historical topics. The role involves close collaboration with AI researchers to ensure model outputs are accurate, nuanced, and well‑referenced.

Key responsibilities

Create advanced prompts covering ancient, medieval, modern, political, military, archaeology, and historiography.
Evaluate AI‑generated responses for factual accuracy, reasoning quality, completeness, and nuance.
Identify hallucinations, logical inconsistencies, outdated information, and edge cases.
Develop benchmark datasets and adversarial test cases.
Provide evidence‑based feedback with reliable references.
Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model performance.

Required profile

Hold a Master’s degree or higher in a discipline related to History.
At least three years of professional, research, or teaching experience.
Demonstrate excellent written English and analytical skills.
Exhibit strong attention to detail.
