Hotel Reservation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Hotel Reservation Specialist to manage all aspects of hotel bookings and support our travel operations. The role involves handling inquiries, confirmations, modifications and cancellations while ensuring accurate records and smooth coordination with hotel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full hotel reservation process, from initial inquiry to final confirmation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation records and promptly reflect any changes.
• Monitor room availability, pricing and over‑booking situations.
• Coordinate with hotel partners to resolve allocation issues and negotiate rates.
• Collaborate with internal travel and administration teams for individual and group travel arrangements.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in hotel reservation or related hospitality functions.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation workflows and booking procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination and cost‑control abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected modifications or cancellations.
• Willingness to follow company work assignments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major hotel reservation systems.
• Experience using OTA platforms such as Booking.com and Expedia.
• Knowledge of B2B booking channels.
