Junior Designer – Social Media & Motion Graphics

About the role

The Junior Designer will join Robin's marketing and creative team to produce on‑brand visual content for social media, digital campaigns and various marketing materials. This position is ideal for an early‑career designer eager to grow, bring fresh ideas, and thrive in a fast‑moving creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, and marketing collateral.
• Create motion graphics and simple animations for reels and video content.
• Edit short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Translate creative briefs into fresh, on‑brand visual concepts.
• Monitor design and social‑media trends to inspire new ideas for the team.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design or digital content creation.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and visual storytelling.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour and branding.
• Collaborative, solutions‑oriented approach to creative problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI tools for image or motion‑graphics generation.
• Hands‑on motion‑graphics and video‑editing abilities.
• Familiarity with Airtable or similar project‑management tools.
• Knowledge of major social‑media platforms and engagement drivers.
