Key Account Sales Manager – Medical Supplies

About the role

The Key Account Sales Manager will lead the end‑to‑end sales process for institutional and chain customers of medical consumables and devices in Kenya. Reporting to commercial leadership, you will drive new business, secure supply agreements and ensure repeat orders across hospital networks and clinic chains.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial meeting to signed agreement and repeat orders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with procurement decision‑makers in hospitals, clinics and sector associations.
• Represent Link2Care in commercial negotiations, tender responses and framework agreements.
• Collaborate with operations to guarantee on‑time fulfilment and high account satisfaction.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM with accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales experience in medical supplies, pharmaceutical distribution or healthcare services in Kenya.
• Established, active network among institutional healthcare buyers.
• Proven record of closing and retaining large accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving early‑stage environment.
• Fluent English; Swahili strongly preferred.
