Key Account Sales Manager (Medical Supplies)

About the role

Health Reach Diagnostics is expanding its distribution network across Kenya and seeks a seasoned Key Account Sales Manager to drive growth of medical consumables and devices. You will lead the end‑to‑end sales process for institutional and chain customers, ensuring the supply of quality‑assured products to hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed supply agreements and repeat orders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with procurement decision‑makers at hospital networks, clinic chains, and sector associations.
• Represent Link2Care in commercial negotiations, tender responses, and framework agreement discussions.
• Collaborate with operations to guarantee on‑time fulfilment and high account satisfaction.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline in the CRM system with accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in medical supplies, pharmaceutical distribution, or healthcare services within Kenya.
• Established, active network among institutional healthcare buyers.
• Proven track record of closing and retaining large accounts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.
• Fluent English; Swahili strongly preferred.
