About the role
The Key Accounts Technical Sales Representative will manage and grow relationships with existing customers, distributors, end‑users and converters. The role focuses on promoting sales, expanding product portfolios, and increasing market share for Avery Dennison’s branding and digital identification solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage daily with existing customer base, distributors, end users and converters.
- Conduct needs analyses to ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Follow up on new sales leads and build a detailed project pipeline.
- Identify and analyse growth opportunities in the market.
- Assist distributors with product specifications and applications.
- Increase brand footprint and market share within the assigned territory.
- Leverage local distribution networks to source materials and drive sales.
- Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline and achieve close rates comparable to peers.
- Provide input to S&OP meetings regarding forecasts, slow‑moving stock and crisis areas.
- Prepare and deliver customer value plans highlighting share and growth opportunities.
- Report daily on customer needs, competitive activity and potential new products.
Required profile
- Proven ability to conduct needs analysis and meet sales targets.
- Experience engaging with distributors, converters and end‑users.
- Strong market awareness and ability to recognise growth opportunities.
- Effective communication of product specifications and value propositions.
