Manager, Allied Health – Outreach Administration

About the role

The Manager of Allied Health for the Outreach Administration Office will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Outreach Health Network, covering Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, Dental and Optical services. The role drives operational excellence, service growth, quality improvement, regulatory compliance and clinical governance to ensure safe, efficient, patient‑centred care. Working collaboratively with clinical, operational and support teams, the incumbent will enhance service performance, optimise resource utilisation and support the organisation's strategic and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in planning, implementing and continuously improving allied health and outpatient clinical services.
• Oversee operational performance of outreach clinics to ensure efficient service delivery and optimal resource use.
• Drive service growth, quality improvement initiatives and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Ensure clinical governance and patient safety across pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, dental and optical units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise processes, enhance performance and contribute to financial targets.
