About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Officer to join our team in Westlands, Kenya. The role focuses on promoting our brand within the Embu market and supporting radio‑station marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage their experience in social media and communications to drive engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for the radio station.
- Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
- Conduct market research and analysis of the Embu market.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- Coordinate events, promotions and community outreach.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and optimise tactics.
Required profile
- Degree in Social Media and Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of marketing experience in a radio station or related industry.
- Strong communication, networking and customer‑relationship abilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Embu market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
