Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in customer support
- Well‑disciplined, proactive and responsible/accountable
- Good learning ability and keen to grow
- Takes accountability and is a person of high integrity
