Medical Device Sales Rep (Portable Ophthalmic Tools)

About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Medical Device Sales Representative to promote portable ophthalmic tools across Kenya and internationally. You will own territory expansion, manage the commercial pipeline and execute B2B sales to ophthalmic clinics, hospitals and health facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ophthalmic market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clinic and hospital decision‑makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- Provide market feedback to support product development and positioning.
Required profile
- Mid‑level sales professional with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
- Passion for improving access to eye‑care solutions.
