Medical Sales Representative – Healthcare Products

About the role

The Medical Sales Representative will promote and sell the company's medical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories and other health‑care institutions across the assigned territory. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, nurturing relationships with key decision‑makers and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities among hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, medical centres and distributors.
• Promote and sell the company's product portfolio while consistently meeting assigned sales targets.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, customer visits, quotations, negotiations and order conversion.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, procurement teams and hospital administrators.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and educational sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing, providing actionable feedback to management.
• Plan and execute regular field visits, prioritising high‑potential customers and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, quotations and sales activities; submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant sales experience (entry‑level acceptable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence healthcare decision‑makers.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
