About the role
Kenyatta National Hospital in Nairobi is seeking qualified Medical Specialists in Neurology. This full‑time position is based at the Westlands campus and offers the chance to work within Kenya’s premier public healthcare institution, providing specialist neurological care to a diverse patient population.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Masters of Medicine in Internal Medicine or equivalent qualification recognized by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
- Bachelor in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) or equivalent recognized by the Council.
- Certification or Fellowship in Neurology from a recognized institution.
- Specialist recognition certificate in Neurology from the Kenya Medical Practitioners’ and Dentists Council.
- Registration Certificate by the Medical Practitioners & Dentist Council.
- Valid practicing license in Neurology from the Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
- Professional indemnity cover.
- Physicians with interest in Neurology who have completed MMed in Internal Medicine and are undergoing pre‑KMPDC registration attachment are encouraged to apply.
