Sales Assistant (2) - To Sell Ladies Clothes & Jewellery

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our boutique in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover the latest ladies' clothing and jewellery while delivering a friendly and professional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable items.
• Promote products to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and feedback courteously.
• Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
• Arrange merchandise attractively, restock shelves and maintain visual standards.
• Keep the boutique clean, tidy and well‑maintained.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory checks.
• Safeguard cash, mobile‑money and card transactions.
• Represent the brand positively and support promotional events.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a boutique or fashion environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good sense of fashion and styling trends (advantageous).
• Basic numeracy for handling payments.
• Honest, reliable, well‑presented and able to work with minimal supervision.
