Sales Executive (Beauty & Wellness)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join a fast‑growing beauty and wellness organisation. You will turn digital enquiries into sales, nurture relationships with retail stockists, and help drive repeat purchases of our clean skin‑care and scalp‑care solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Convert incoming leads via WhatsApp, phone, email and other digital channels into confirmed orders.
• Follow up previous customers, dormant leads and enquiries to generate repeat purchases.
• Visit existing retail stockists to increase product sell‑through, upsell and secure repeat orders.
• Monitor product visibility, availability and shelf performance in retail outlets.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and beauty advisors.
• Track outstanding retailer orders, collections and payments.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on leads, conversions, revenue and collections.
• Support in‑store activations, product demonstrations and customer education when required.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to two years of sales, business development or customer‑facing retail experience.
• Proven ability to close sales and consistently follow up leads.
• Comfortable visiting retail outlets and building relationships with stockists.
• Highly organised, persuasive and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using WhatsApp, telephone and email for customer engagement.
