Sales Executive – Corporate Branding & Signage

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive new business and manage existing accounts for our corporate branding, advertising and signage services. The role involves prospecting, presenting proposals and ensuring successful project delivery in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and market research.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their branding and signage needs and prepare quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate prices, contract terms and project timelines within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with design, production and installation teams to ensure projects meet client specifications.
• Follow up on quotations, convert leads into confirmed sales and maintain accurate sales records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows and networking events.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in debt collection by following up on outstanding payments when required.

Required profile

• At least 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in branding, signage, advertising, printing or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Professional sales training is an advantage.
