Sales & Marketing Officer – Advertising Agency

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Officer to help grow our agency’s client base and strengthen brand visibility. You will be the front‑line representative, identifying opportunities, pitching services, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the agency’s value proposition.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to craft tailored marketing proposals.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activity.
• Assist in planning and executing digital, event‑based, and promotional marketing campaigns.
• Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
• Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Entry‑level experience (up to 12 months) in sales or marketing.
• Self‑starter with a target‑driven mindset and passion for the marketing industry.
