Sales Representative – Hybrid Role

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join Nora Media in Nairobi. This full‑time hybrid position combines office days with remote work, allowing you to engage with clients across Kenya while enjoying flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support and service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management, and lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to develop lasting client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Self‑motivated with solid organisational and time‑management skills.
• At least a diploma in sales, marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using sales software.
• Comfort with digital communication platforms.
