About the role
This remote, high‑impact position is focused on scaling paid acquisition across the full Google Ads ecosystem. You will own large‑scale campaigns, drive measurable business outcomes and work closely with senior leadership to shape acquisition strategy.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end execution and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen and Shopping.
- Manage significant advertising budgets with a focus on efficiency, profitability and growth.
- Design and run structured testing frameworks for keywords, audiences, bids, creatives and landing pages.
- Analyse data to identify trends, diagnose issues and uncover scaling opportunities.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using Google Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio.
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, data and leadership teams to enhance campaign performance.
- Stay ahead of Google Ads updates, automation features and AI‑driven innovations.
Required profile
- 3‑6 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns at scale.
- Proven track record of handling substantial paid‑media budgets with measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to improve ROAS and reduce CPA through experimentation.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to iterate quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

- GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking, attribution modeling and offline conversion imports
- Looker Studio (Data Studio) reporting
- Advanced spreadsheet and performance analysis tools
