Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Africa

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Africa, you will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers across multiple African markets to attract, assess and hire top talent for BIC World’s corporate, commercial, supply‑chain and manufacturing functions. The role can be based in Lagos, Nigeria or Nairobi, Kenya and offers the chance to shape talent strategies for a global consumer‑goods brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles across several African countries.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and provide consultative guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience through timely communication and transparent processes.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals and local market initiatives.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Promote BIC’s employer brand on digital platforms and at recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in SuccessFactors and ensure compliance with local legislation and global policies.
• Use recruitment metrics and market intelligence to improve time‑to‑fill, quality of hire and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Country HRBPs and business leaders on workforce planning and talent mapping.

Required profile

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, including corporate talent acquisition, executive search or agency recruitment.
• Proven track record recruiting across multiple African countries.
• Experience in consumer‑goods or manufacturing recruitment is preferred.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder‑management skills.
