About the role
Join a busy fashion retail store in Nairobi CBD and become the first and last impression for every shopper. You will turn visitors into confident buyers by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their fashion needs.
- Provide product information, styling advice and recommend complementary items.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/point‑of‑sale systems.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer‑facing roles.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for fashion.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
