Strategic Partnerships Officer – Money Transfer, Forex & Remittance

About the role

The Strategic Partnerships Officer will support the development, onboarding and ongoing management of strategic partners in the money‑transfer, forex and remittance space. You will drive lead engagement, coordinate deal execution and ensure smooth communication across the partnership lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new partnership opportunities; conduct introductory calls and presentations.
• Support commercial structuring, prepare proposals and manage NDA processes.
• Coordinate internal teams to facilitate partner onboarding and track progress to go‑live.
• Maintain partner trackers, Google Sheets and other records; provide weekly and monthly pipeline updates.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners, monitor performance and respond to queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) experience in partnership development or business development.
• Mid‑level professional reporting to senior leadership (Head of Corporate Business, CEO).
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
