About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for multiple departments in our Nairobi office. The role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about sourcing top talent and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources.
- Proficient English communication at C1 level or higher.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
Required skills
- Experience using ATS platforms for tracking and managing candidates.
